Sr. Enterprise Account Executive (German speaking)
Role overview
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Mitiga Solutions' footprint across Insurance, Asset Management, Commercial Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy sectors. You’ll lead complex enterprise sales cycles, from discovery through negotiation, and help shape how climate data is used in financial and operational decision-making.
This is not a “join and maintain” role, it’s a build and lead opportunity in a Series B environment where your input directly influences our GTM strategy, industry positioning, and future success.
What you'll do
- Drive new business and growth across strategic enterprise accounts within your assigned region, focusing on high-value clients in Insurance, Asset Management, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Energy.
- Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation and discovery to negotiation and close, while meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
- Develop account and capture plans for key prospects and strategic logos, building multi-stakeholder engagement across large, complex organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating complex climate science and data analytics into tangible business outcomes for executives and risk leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with science, product, and marketing teams to design bespoke solutions that address each client’s unique climate risk profile.
- Represent Mitiga Solutions at industry events and thought-leadership forums, helping shape the market’s understanding of climate risk analytics.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting discipline in Salesforce.
- Contribute to the GTM playbook, helping refine our approach as we scale across Europe and beyond.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of proven B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, with a track record ofexceeding quota in complex, consultative sales.
- Experience selling to C-level executives and navigating long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep knowledge and network within at least one of the following: Insurance, Financial Services (Asset Management), Commercial Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Renewable Energy.
- Understanding of climate risk, ESG regulation, sustainability frameworks (TCFD,CSRD, SB-261, etc.), and how these shape enterprise strategy.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and scientific concepts clearly to bothtechnical and business audiences.
- Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
- A passion for building something meaningful and helping organizations transition towards more climate-resilient future.
