Role overview
As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of Mitiga’s growth story, driving new logo acquisition and revenue expansion across key verticals such as Insurance, Asset Management, Commercial Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy.
You’ll run the full sales process from prospecting through close, while collaborating with product,science, and marketing teams to tailor compelling climate-risk solutions that deliver real impact.

What you'll do
- Prospect and develop new business within assigned territories and target industries, focusing on mid-market and growth accounts
- Run end-to-end sales cycles, from outreach, qualification, and demos to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with climate scientists, product experts, and marketing to craft customized proposals and solution demos
- Educate prospects on how climate analytics and regulatory data (CSRD, TCFD,Solvency II, etc.) can enhance their decision-making
- Build multi-stakeholder relationships within client organizations, from sustainability and risk teams to finance and operations
- Maintain accurate forecasts and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Contribute to team learning by sharing insights, refining outreach strategies, andhelping shape Mitiga’s sales culture
What you'll bring
- Over 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling complex data, analytics, or sustainability solutions.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline, run complete sales cycles, and exceed quota.
- Experience selling into at least one of our focus industries: Insurance, Asset Management, Commercial Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Energy/Renewables.
- Strong communication and consultative-selling skills, you can translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Fluent in German and English (additional European languages are a plus).
- High level of curiosity, energy, and motivation to grow with a mission-driven scale-up.
