Mitiga and Multiverse Computing announce a strategic climate intelligence partnership

Mitiga Solutions and Multiverse Computing have entered a strategic commercial partnership to make trusted, science-based climate intelligence available to organisations at a much greater scale.

Under the multi-million-euro agreement, Multiverse Computing will license Mitiga’s EarthScan™ climate-risk intelligence and support the evolution of Mitiga’s solutions as a technology advisor. The two companies will also work together to bring climate intelligence to new customers through enterprise channels, digital marketplaces and AI-powered services.

What the partnership brings together

EarthScan™ combines climate science, high-performance computing and artificial intelligence to assess physical climate risk across multiple hazards, scenarios and time horizons.

Multiverse Computing brings expertise in efficient AI and model compression. Together, the companies aim to turn Mitiga’s climate intelligence into scalable data products and intelligent tools that can be integrated into existing business systems.

Customers will be able to access climate-risk data through APIs, AI agents and digital marketplaces, making it easier to move from complex climate analysis to practical, decision-ready insights.

From climate risk to financial decisions

The partnership will help organisations understand how hazards such as flood, wildfire, heat, drought, wind and hail may affect asset performance, downtime, repair costs, asset value and long-term investment returns.

This information can support decisions across infrastructure, energy, financial services, insurance and the public sector, from portfolio screening and capital planning to underwriting, operational resilience and adaptation.

A new route to scale

For Mitiga, the partnership creates a new route for bringing climate intelligence to a wider global audience. It also supports the company’s continued development towards an AI-native Data-as-a-Service model, where trusted climate data can be used directly within the tools and workflows organisations already rely on.
