GTM/Marketing Operations Lead
Role overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to scale our go-to-market systems. This role blends the best of marketing operations and GTM systems engineering, ideal for someone who thrives on automation, attribution, and building reliable infrastructure across tools.
You’ll work closely with Marketing and Revenue teams to operationalise campaigns, manage integrations, and optimise our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, AI SDR tools, etc.). You’ll be the go-to person for marketing attribution, campaign setup, and marketing system reliability, helping us move faster with better data and fewer manual processes.
To thrive in this role you need strong technical instincts, a builder’s mindset and a passion for operational excellence. You will be the go-to person for making things “just work” in a way that scales and lasts. If you’re excited about automating workflows, improving data fidelity, and experimenting with AI agents to reduce manual work, we’d love to hear from you.
How will you make an impact?
Build robust automations & campaign automations
- Own campaign setup, attribution tracking, and cookie management across platforms
- Ensure UTM fidelity and reliable data flow from web to CRM
- Reduce manual campaign setup through automation and documentation
Commercial/MarTech and integrations ownership
- Own HubSpot administration and the HubSpot–Salesforce integration
- Ensure reliable data flow across Webflow, Google Analytics, Calendly, Loveable and other tools we work with
- Troubleshoot sync issues and maintain naming conventions, onboarding guides, and platform governance
- Build multi-step and multi-channel automations (e.g. using tools like Zapier, Make, N8n, and APIs)
- Pilot and implement AI SDR tools (e.g., Amplemarket, Artisan, 11x) to automate prospecting and enrichment workflows
Lead scoring, intent and routing
- Design and refine MQL scoring models using behavioural, firmographic, and intent data
- Integrate web signals and intent providers to identify in-market prospects earlier
- Own lead routing logic and ensure smooth handoff to Sales
Data integrity, analytics and reporting
- Maintain rigorous data audits to preserve UTM and attribution fidelity across client-side forms and server-side flows
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Hubspot, Tableau or Looker to track funnel metrics, channel performance and ROI
- Investigate and resolve tracking discrepancies and lead-data anomalies
Enablement and documentation
- Create clear runbooks, training materials and short workshops to onboard marketers and sales reps on tools and processes
- Drive adoption through documentation, office hours and practical hand-holding during rollouts
What you'll bring
- 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CX Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience with HubSpot marketing automation and Salesforce CRM administration, implementing UTM/tracking systems, building and optimising nurture programs, and refining scoring models
- Practical experience building automations with no-code tools (Zapier, N8n, Make) and calling APIs from workflows
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel and SQL and with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
What makes you a great fit?
- Builder’s mindset: Love crafting scalable solutions and automations
- Technical instincts: Rapidly learn new tools, APIs, and scripting languages
- Analytical thinking: Turn data into clear recommendations and optimizations
- Collaboration: Work effectively across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product teams
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
